I used to think Mobius Megatar had the most affordable touch guitar available, the TrueTapper Eclipse, I was wrong. Poking 'round the net to-day, I discovered a mini-museum page of touch guitars which had a link to a company called Box guitars. They are an Australian company specializing in that beloved instrument, and, better yet, their base models are around 990 USD, compared to Megatar's 995 USD TrueTapper eclipse! However, even if the Box models have nice looking bodies, I prefer the shape of the Megatar ones better, and the Box ones have uncrossed tuning, not my style; but still, it's a great way to start on that instrument.
